Tulipsprings Rules
Before using the facility, all riders must prearrange their
visit, read the rules, sign our release, and pay the appropriate
fees.
Facility rules: Please read carefully
- Always use caution and courtesy in all places and with all
actions.
- Never ride alone and always carry a cell phone. There is no land
line at Tulipsprings.
- Use of this facility requires that you first obtain permission and
reservations from property owner, sign a release, and familiarize
yourself with the terrain and any hazards.
- Tulipsprings contains many marked and unmarked hazards. Stay on
groomed trails to avoid unnecessary danger.
- All riders under the age of eighteen and all English riders must
wear an approved safety helmet with harness while riding. We
strongly encourage all riders to wear helmets.
- All riders must wear boots or shoes with a heel while riding.
- All riders must maintain control of the horse(s) at all times and
ride within their and their horse's ability.
- No unattended or loose horses allowed.
- All tack and equipment must be in safe operational condition.
- No alcohol or drugs allowed.
- No smoking, anywhere, anytime.
- No foul language or obscenity, please.
- Open fires including camp fires are not permitted.
- It is your responsibility to clean up after yourself and your horse.
No manure, hay, litter is to be left in the road, parking, stabling,
or camping areas. Please treat the land and us with respect.
- Immediately report anything you break so we can fix it.
- Immediately report any dangerous condition.
- Children are to be supervised at all times.
- All dogs must be on leash and managed at all times.
- Drive on roads, never on the cross country course.
- No motorized vehicles on trails.
- Speed limit is 10 mph or less.
- CAUTION: Fields are irrigated with in-ground sprinkler heads. Please
be aware of sprinkler heads and boxes to minimize damage. Stay on
paths whenever possible.
- Close all gates behind you. Livestock may be grazing on the
property.
- Management reserves the right to exclude anyone from the property at
any time.
- Mistreatment of horses will never be tolerated at Tulipsprings.
Under Washington law, an equine activity sponsor or equine
professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a
participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks
of equine activities. Revised Code of
